She was recently named one of the trending 40 New Power Women in Tech by DCA Live, she is the Google Digital Coach for D.C., a board member at the BEACON DC and the Founder of Black Girl Vision – an organization dedicated to creating access to capital for women of color entrepreneurs. Her poems have been published for academia in Critical Articulations of Race, Gender, and Sexual Orientation which examines the relationship between race, gender and sexual orientation.
